Two of Australia’s most talented personalities join hands to create an evening of pure inspiration, on 9 November 2010. One of the world’s most celebrated winemaker, John Duval, better known as the ex-chief winemaker of Penfolds and brand custodian of the highly-acclaimed Grange will present his very own label – John Duval Wines at this five-course wine dinner.

Highly rated by wine critics, John Duval’s multi-layered yet elegant wines; Eligo, Entity and Plexus will take center stage at this five-course dinner, together with the cuisine of Luke Mangan at his newest venture Salt Grill. Located at the top level of ION Orchard in Singapore (the view is simply astounding), join John Duval on 9 November at this spectacular event showcasing wines that are rated 92 points and more by Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate!
